Most of you know I have a 5 month old labrador puppy named Rumi. He is a HANDFUL. On a recent drive to visit family, I was listening to dog psychologist Cesar Milan and was fascinated when he shared that dogs in 3rd world countries don’t have the behavioral problems we see in more affluent countries.

Why? 

Because they are hungry. 

And that got me thinking about focus and boredom. If you aren’t focused on something – if you live your life kinda bored, going through the motions, THAT’S when we see maladaptive behaviors like overspending and overeating.

Drama.

In today’s episode, we’re going there. We’re talking about it. We’re talking about getting out of the rut and becoming HUNGRY for something more in your life! It’s time to get focused and creating meaningful change in your life! Stop waiting!
