I know how frustrating it can be to not know which nutrition strategy is best for your goals. Should you eat low fat or high fat? Are carbs your friend or should you steer clear? There’s so much conflicting information!
At Primal Potential, I have no interest in telling you what to eat. My goal is to help you figure out what YOUR body responds best to. We could make a case for essentially ANY nutritional protocol but none of that matters! What matters is what makes YOU feel your best, what drives YOUR results and what YOU think you can sustain for more than a couple of weeks.
There are hundreds of nutrition episodes of the Primal Potential podcast to help you do that, here are a few to get you started.
