You're About To Find Out...

First, I want to sincerely congratulate you. I know first hard how hard it is to raise your hand and even consider that maybe you’ll put yourself out there and try…again. 

I know what it’s like to wrestle with both feeling like there’s hope and feeling like there’s none. 

So, it’s a big deal that you completed this application. Thanks for trusting me. 

You’re about to find out how different it feels to focus on fixing the holes in the boat than to just focus on trying to get the boat to go somewhere it always struggles to get to. 

Most people keep chasing a better plan, a shinier program, or a fresh start. You just said yes to something totally different:
fixing the parts that never held before.

So, where do we go from here?

While I’m reviewing and responding to applications (you’ll hear from me within a week), I want you to start thinking about two things: 

1. What are the “holes in your boat”? What keeps throwing you off or slowing you down? 

2. Generate hope around a new approach. There’s a good chance your skeptical and frustrated. That makes sense. But, to do something new we need to be open to a new way, not clinging to the old ways that have run us down.
