The Consistency Course exists only as a membership subscription with either 1 month or 1 year terms and your selected membership option auto-renews. If you have a monthly membership, it renews monthly from the date of your purchase. If you have an annual membership, it renews annually from the date of your purchase.
Refunds? Nope. But hear me out.
We don’t offer refunds, and here’s why: we offer something better—support that actually works when you do. We are all in on your success. That’s why we offer a success guarantee. If you feel like you’re not getting the transformation you came for, Elizabeth will personally work with you 1:1 until you do. You bring the effort; we’ll bring the fire.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership or program enrollment at any time by contacting us at elizabeth@primalpotential.com or via the cancellation feature in our payment processor, SamCart. Cancellations will take effect immediately upon confirmation.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Primal Potential does not offer refunds for digital programs, coaching, or memberships. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy. We offer a “success guarantee,” whereby additional support may be provided at the discretion of Elizabeth Benton to help you achieve the intended results, provided you actively participate in the process.
