I just got done listening to episode 092, and was blown away. Im sure thats exactly why my 6 year old son is out of control most of the time. However, he will not touch a single vegetable. Have any suggestions on how to remove the processed foods from his diet without starting world war 3, becuase “hes hungry” but wont eat anything else?
Hi Deanna! Have you tried hiding veggies? I put frozen cauliflower rice in my smoothies! You can also put cauliflower in with mashed potatoes or just about any veggie in something like meatballs!
