A few months ago, I shared a story that motivated the hell out of me. It motivated so many of you, too, that it was immediately a highly requested podcast episode! Don’t miss this one!
Questions from Today’s Episode Include:
- Where is my normal actually subnormal?
- Where do I want more?
- Where is it more comfortable to settle?
- How can I be more bold, audacious or tenacious?
- How would that serve me?
- What stories do I have to stop telling to make these changes?
The book mentioned in today’s episode is called Draw the Circle by Mark Batterson
WOW!! This spoke to me so deeply today. I have been settling in the area of my weight fir some time … you see, I’m not “overweight” by drs standards, but I am about 10 pounds from the weight that makes me feel best (still in the same BMI range). I have allowed my “weight normal “ to creep up because of age (57) and menopause. But just yesterday, I decided I have had enough of “normal”…. I deserve to be the “best “ version of myself I can be. I’m now going for “optimal”, rather than “normal”! My prayers continue to be with you and Chris❤️
