As I shared in episode 480, I’m working to help my Master’s Club clients create new personal brands. It’s an amazingly fun project & today I’m sharing a bit of it with you!
Here is the MGM commercial I shared with them. Carve out a couple minutes to watch it!
One of my clients felt that she needed more control. The thing is, we already have all the control we need. There is, however, a difference between having control and taking control.
Listen to the episode for more!
I vote for a podcast on triglycerides! This runs very high in my family. I would love to know more about how we can live with it and treat it properly. Thank you!
Cut sugar! That’s the biggest thing.
I would like the microbiome info!
Thanks!
Micobiome!
LOVE the “transformation is now” theme and added it to my recurring calendar.
More microbiome info, please! Thanks for being wonderful.
Triglycerides and maybe in the future a new episode on loosing weight after menopause
Micro biome please !
What do you think about the Weight Watchers program?
I think what matters is if it works, long term, for the individual. It can be done beautifully with whole foods. It can be done terribly with processed foods. It’s what you make it. All that matters is if it works for you…if you feel amazing, energized, your health is improving, you’re making progress towards your goals, you maintain your results, etc.
Either of those topics would be great. For a future suggestion, I would like to know the science behind wearing metals. Do copper bracelets really have healing powers. What about Magnetic Therapy?
Hi Ann! Thanks for the feedback! Microbiome episode aired on Monday. I hope you enjoy it! Unfortunately, I am no where near an expert or authority on metals so I’m going to stay in my lane there. One thing that’s super important to me is not sharing my opinions when they are either uninformed or simply Google-informed. You guys and this platform mean too much to me to take on something I just don’t know much about. I’m sure there are TONS of online experts on magnetic therapy, but I’m not one of them.
Ok Thank you so much. I totally understand and appreciate that.
