    Hey! Just wanted to share a strategy i use…when i know im going to indulge and it’s with something that i usually go back for seconds, thirds etc…i have a large glass of water with a heaping tablespoon of organic psyllium fibre. that way, after im finished eating whatever i indulged in, i feel full and like i ate a lot of it!

    ps. your podcast has been incredibly helpful to me because even though ive always known what to do to lose weight (not overeat mainly…), i still wasn’t doing it. i’m still working on this but now after listening to hours and hours of your podcasts on repeat while at work, i’m making progress! thanks so much and keep up the amazing work!
