I love the podcast and I love Saturdays with Sarah Q & A’s! My question is, I am taking small steps forward. I started getting my diet right, then I added in exercise. I want to add mental well-being or maybe meditation in next but I’m having trouble getting going. Do you have any tips on good habits or mental “excercises” to being. I have trouble slowing down and putting myself and my needs first. This is the biggest issue I want to tackle. I’ve blocked off time in the evening for it but I almost feel ridiculous doing it.
