Love love love this one! I realized I’ve been doing this all along with my work out. I just get my clothes ready the night before and I know I am working out on my lunch hour. I don’t think about it again because that would give me time to convince myself I don’t need to work out. I am totally going to do the is with my food! What a ah-ha moment!!
