    For years I’ve known WHAT to eat, but never understood WHY I could never stick with it and see results. I finally understand that permanent fat loss has everything to do with mindset. I’ve become aware of mental roadblocks that I didn’t realize were holding me back (hello, negativity!) and learned that I have the power to create my own motivation.
