I think there’s a lot you can relate to her in her story – she’s a working mom & wife who has struggled with her weight for decades. She has lost weight and put it all back on, but she’s made a shift in her approach to health & food.
We have a really candid conversation about stress, setting an example, and not manufacturing drama by engaging in problems that aren’t hers to bear.
