  • 5am wake up

  • Work (with an amazing attitude – free from distractions)
  • Gut-health smoothie

  • Workout
  • Large salad with digestive enzymes

  • Spend time outside
  • Daily debrief
  • Dinner
  • Connection
  • Bed by 9:15pm

Terri-Lynn’s Sample Slay Day

  • lemon water
  • mushroom coffee with her husband
  • play in morning/afternoon & evening
  • 15-minute work increments
  • cuddle time with her dogs
