I just purchased the book based on your recommendation! Bought my earl gray tea today too lol! What are your thoughts on the intermittent fasting/protein cycling? 25 grams for the day seems low although I am working to cut back on my protein also based on your podcast. Do you think the IF/protein cycling is good for someone working on emotional eating issues/overeating? Or would this be a relative intensity strategy and I should work on my mechanics as you would say lol? Thanks!
Hi Jen! I think it totally depends on you. If emotional eating is your big rock, focus on those improvements first. I don’t think there is danger in protein cycling, it all comes down to if it works for you and makes you feel amazing.
