The other day, I got a wonderful question via Instagram direct message. Here’s what it said:
You’re younger than I am and you have your stuff figured OUT!!! How did you get to the point where you stopped binging, stopped making excuses and got consistent?
I still make excuses. I just have a practice of challenging them and demanding of myself the whole truth.
In today’s episode, I’m giving some examples of how I do that so I can be stronger than my excuses. Don’t miss it!
Resources:
In October 2019, our relationship with Thrive Market changed. They decided to put their marketing dollars in avenues outside of podcasting but we still think they’re a good choice if you’re looking to save money on health & personal care products.
I’m not on Instagram (just a personal choice) so I LOVE the idea of hear about some of your fav foods and work outs at the end of Podcasts. In addition, I have found I truly enjoy each book you have recommended that I have made the time to listen to thus far. I would love to also hear about any favorite books you have read recently if they are something you haven’t mentioned in past episodes yet.
Thanks so much for the amazing FREE content you continue to supply EB. I find so much encouragement and useful tools without your Podcasts!
Thanks for listening, Tia! 🙂
Hi Elizabeth,
I have written to you before and have been an avid listener almost from the beginning. This episode was an eye opener for me. I have been practicing meditation for many years, but the word “practice” took on a whole new meaning for me. Wow! Everything I do is a practice whether good for me or not. That is a game changer. So thank you for this episode and all the ones before and after. I am very grateful a friend turned me on to you years ago.
Congratulations on your 500th episode, 4 year anniversary and Happy Belated Birthday!
All the best,
Linda Byrne
I’m so glad you enjoyed it, Linda! Thanks for listening!!
