You mentioned in one of your podcasts about not using hand sanitizer. What do you suggest for hand and body washing?
Hi Debbie! I personally don’t use things that are anti-bacterial. That’s just my preference because they don’t discriminate in the type of bacteria they kill. So I’m all for gentle soaps to remove dirt, etc, but I personally avoid anti-bacterial products.
