When it comes to fat loss & creating change, most of us focus on tactics. We want meal plans, food lists and exercise programs.
However, we’d be quick to admit that we aren’t consistent. Our issue isn’t that we don’t know what to do but rather that we don’t consistently do it. Creating lasting change isn’t about skillset. It’s about mindset. The gap between what we know we are capable of and what we choose daily is closed by changing how you think about yourself, your choices & the journey you’re on.
