This past weekend was undeniably one of the best of my life. ASCEND, the annual Primal Potential transformation weekend event, was a massive success.

I was changed. People who attended were changed. Relationships were formed & breakthroughs happened left & right.

I am still processing everything that happened.

    You asked how we found you originally? It was through Spotify, I think, and now I listen through the Podcast app. and Spotify depending if it’s on my phone or desktop. Anyway, I am a big supporter! I know we are supposed to support people by “shutting up” or “Being quiet” but I can’t help tell them about your podcast. My whole family listens. We think you are great, and have made such a big difference in my life and theirs. I have gone through one FTFL and really want to do a “Breaking the Barriers” before too long.

    I found your podcast super randomly, but here goes… one day while I was on the search page of Instagram a saw a picture in the mix of photos that randomly populate as things the app thinks I may be interested in. The photo was of a girl with a cute retro hairstyle. As I looked through some of her pics (aka Instagram stalking) one was of her with some food she had meal prepped and the caption included something along the line of “Elizabeth Benton you are the bomb.” And continued to praise you for helping her on a weight loss journey. Naturally, I googled your name and primal potential, found your podcast, started with Episode 1 and I believe it changed my life. It feels strange to say that to someone that I do not know, but it’s true. I have more clarity and peace when it comes to body image and weight loss than I have had since I was 18. Thank you so much for all of thei time and incredible work that you put in to your program. It’s truly a gift.

    Hello EB – great podcast once again! So I found Primal Potential in a circuitous route. Started with the Primal Blueprint, then on to a cool place in the interwebs called Nerd Fitness with Steve Kamb which has AMAZING Facebook group – an off shoot of that is an unofficial Nerd Fitness group of ladies looking to lose more than 100 pounds. Your name came up a bunch – Off to the Google I went and here I am!

    Hi! I️ really connect to your podcast and message, and it’s made such a huge difference in my journey. I️ learned about primal potential from my accountability group through Beachbody. I️ started with 21 day fix and stalled after about 35 pound weight loss and struggled to find what could push through the year + plateau (I️ have 20-30 pounds to go). The group has been great for accountability and many of them listen to you. It started with your daily motivations and one day, while traveling for work, I️ just dug into podcast after podcast and have been hooked. Thank you!

    I’ve also found Primal Potential via Spotify around Summer 2016. I was actually looking for a good weightloss/healthy lifestyle podcast. I took a quick listen to a handful and decided to stick with yours because it’s the best :). (And I’ve lost over 140 lbs since… which is 2/3 of the way towards my goal.) You are amazing!
